Focusing on your implementation

Each bswift Implementation team includes an experienced Solutions Architect and Data Manager to ensure that we understand your benefits program, third party integration needs, and goals for the bswift platform. You can rely on these experts to share best practices, offer suggestions for success, and collaborate with you to design the optimal solution.
The bswift Project Lead is responsible for getting you to the finish line on time. This includes the oversight of critical tasks, including the compilation of your benefit program details and rules, system configuration, data conversion, quality assurance & testing, data exchange and service integrations such as Call Center. A successful implementation takes teamwork and effort from numerous people, both from bswift and from your organization. The Project Lead is your quarterback and provides timely updates along the way.
After celebrating a successful implementation, you’ll continue working with your bswift Team Lead who has been with you from the start. Each client is assigned a bswift Team Lead and Ongoing Account Manager to carry you through implementation and beyond.
Our bswift Call Center is not your typical Call Center. Our Call Center team is chockfull of well-trained, educated, and positive energy people, hired only after proving that they meet bswift’s Higher Standards criteria. bswift’s Call Center Representatives are trained not only on employee benefits and how to use the bswift platform but also on how to deliver bswift’s Gracious Hospitality to our clients, from employees to HR managers to brokers.
During enrollment, our team helps employees through enrollment and answers any tough benefits questions they might have. During the rest of the year, the Call Center is available for questions or to walk employees through life events (e.g., marriage) and to let employees know what documentation is necessary to complete the transaction. All of our Call Center Representatives have one goal in mind: to provide friendly, fast, and reliable service to make benefits easy to understand and the enrollment process more enjoyable for both employers and employees.

How does it work?
Each employee receives a prepaid benefits debit card to pay for qualified medical expenses not covered by health insurance, including deductibles, prescriptions, vision services and more. Instead of waiting for checks to be mailed or having to submit a claim form, employees can use their prepaid benefits debit card to simply swipe and go!
