The world of health care and benefits can be… complex. Especially when you need to comply with complex regulations, like for the Affordable Care Act. 1095s, 1094s, who can keep up?

Well, bswift can! Introducing the ACA Management Suite. bswift offers a suite of management solutions to help employers navigate the new world of health care and benefits and to comply with the complex regulations of the Affordable Care Act, or ACA.

When you need to report and track data for ACA compliance, bswift is there to support you.
The ACA Management Suite features innovative technology employers need for ACA compliance. It boasts fully automated tools, backed by our team of experts.

Now, this suite offers two models. First, the ACA Reporting Model. Think of this as the basic model. Here, you can manage all your ACA-related data, such as eligibility, affordability, and enrollment information. You can then use this to produce ACA 1095 or 1094 forms…you know, those important forms the IRS needs. This model offers the basic functionality you’ll need for reporting for the IRS. And, you’re responsible for determining ACA eligibility for your employee population.

While the reporting model is great, maybe you need…more. An upgrade, if you will, to get the full picture. If that’s the case, the ACA Reporting and Hours Tracking Model may be the better choice. You still have the management and form production capabilities of the basic model, but with a few more bells and whistles. This upgraded model also uses bswift technology to evaluate the ACA eligibility of employees based on the actual number of hours they worked. You provide the hours worked and bswift determines eligibility through the use of nightly Shared Responsibility, or SR, jobs.

No matter which model you choose, you’ll have access to robust dashboards that provide you with graphical representations of trending data. Data like an Affordability Summary, Shared Responsibility, and which employees are trending toward gaining or losing eligibility for medical coverage. The data is dynamically pulled as of the date you are looking at the dashboard. The information is constantly changing on a daily basis due to things like new demographic data coming into bswift or changes to eligibility. But don’t worry, bswift stays on top of those changes, so you don’t have to.

And no matter the size of your organization or which model you choose, this Suite is scalable to process and report centrally at one site for your whole organization.

But there’s even more! Audit tools bring data and compliance concerns to you before forms are produced and filed. And bswift also provides third part printing, mailing, and filing solutions.
