Steve Mills

Steve is Chief Financial Officer at bswift responsible for leading Finance and Accounting. Steve brings over 25 years of leadership experience with a history of driving strategic impact both internally and for client partners. Prior to joining bswift, Steve helped lead the launch of a new insurance health plan within Aetna’s innovative Consumer Business division. Steve previously served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer for WorkPlace Impact guiding significant growth with Fortune 100 clients and through new digital product development launches. Steve earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
