Jim Rigdon

Jim is a senior sales executive with a proven track record of revenue growth and contributing significantly to bswift’s growth trajectory. With 23 years of experience in the group healthcare and benefits administration and outsourcing business, Jim is an expert in the benefits administration market, understanding employer needs today and tomorrow, and offering bswift solutions to solve for those needs. Prior to bswift, Jim served in a variety of roles across functional disciplines at Aetna, including Senior Account Executive where he was responsible for managing large employer accounts and client satisfaction. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marist College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
