They really handle our day-to-day problems for me, so I don’t have to worry about it. Hi, my name is Angie Kapp, I’m the senior manager of benefits for Toyoda Gosei. I manage the benefits leave of absence and wellness for all of our United States and Canadian companies. We went live with bswift in 2020, and we actually did a mid-year implementation of our software right before open enrollment, so it was a lot, but bswift handled it like a champ. The platform that we had before bswift, had a lot of downtime, and we really have had no downtime in the three years that we’ve been with bswift, so it’s been fantastic. I was so impressed with the demo to begin with. The functionality of the platform really struck me compared to everything else that we had looked at, and really the people that did the demo. My team asks a lot of questions, and they knew the answer to every one of them, so it was very, very impressive from the very beginning. A lot of our employees don’t have access to a computer, so one of the things that was very important to us when picking out a vendor was that they had a good service center. They’re happy, they don’t have to use a computer or a smartphone to get it taken care of. We’ve asked bswift to do quite a bit, since they came on board, we have a lot of complexity to our benefits enrollment. We noticed that we had a ever-growing Spanish population. We needed to address that to help those sites that had large Spanish-speaking populations, so we converted our site with just a click, and bswift just has been phenomenal.
