Amit has more than 25 years of executive operational experience in benefits administration, management consulting and human capital management. Amit formerly served as COO at Business Solver. He is responsible for service operations and delivery at bswift.

Sue brings more than 25 years of leadership experience driving growth for industry leaders. She leads all things growth at bswift, focusing on expanding partnerships and deepening client value. Sue has held senior roles at Embold Health, Alight Solutions and Aon.

Steve brings over 25 years of leadership experience driving strategic impact. As CFO at bswift, he leads Finance and Accounting. Previously, he served as CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at WorkPlace Impact, guiding growth with Fortune 100 clients.

John brings more than 20 years of experience leading legal teams at high-growth software companies. John began his career at an international law firm advising growth and Fortune 500 firms on capital raising and M&A transactions and general corporate affairs.

Natalie leads bswift's People function. She brings over 15 years of HR industry experience. Previously Chief People Officer at Breeze Airways and EVP of People at HealthEquity, she's passionate about team engagement, development, and inclusion.

Mitch brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering and technology leadership. He oversees information security and workplace technology, covering cyber, physical security, and disaster recovery. Mitch previously held technology leadership roles at Paylocity, Aon, and CVS Health.

Becky brings more than 20 years of engineering leadership experience in healthcare and financial technology. As bswift's engineering leader, she builds high-performing teams that deliver quality solutions. Becky previously served as Chief Technology Officer at HealthEquity.

Adam brings more than 20 years of experience delivering technology and operational solutions for financial and healthcare companies. Adam has previously held marketing and technology leadership roles at HealthEquity, Financial Engines, The Mutual Fund Store, and TD Ameritrade.

Matt brings over 25 years of benefits administration industry experience. He leads innovation in enrollment and administration products at bswift. Previously, Matt led Market Facing Technology at WTW Health and Benefits.
