bswift names Fiona Mulligan as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience Delivery & Strategy

bswift’s Service Center operations have evolved tremendously over the past few years and continues to be an important part of the business. To help drive this continued growth, we are pleased to announce that Fiona Mulligan joined bswift on April 16, 2018 as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience Delivery & Strategy.

Mulligan is responsible for the strategy and operations of the bswift Service Centers. She provides senior leadership to bswift’s service centers located in Chicago, Fresno and Costa Rica. As a key leader in helping drive bswift’s growth, she serves as a main influencer with prospective clients to represent bswift’s customer experience capabilities.

Mulligan brings more than 25 years of customer experience strategy, operations, and benefits administration leadership to bswift. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Global Service Center Operations at Conduent, where she led and transformed multiple U.S. and Global service centers. She has also previously served in customer service leadership roles at Xerox and Alight (formerly AonHewitt), where she developed her passion for delivering world-class service that exceeds client expectations.
Mulligan has a Marketing and Business degree from the College of Marketing and Design in Dublin, Ireland.
