Before joining bswift, Jane held leadership positions at Hewitt Associates, Aon, Alight Solutions – driving exceptional delivery with transformation for clients, participants, and colleagues. Jane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Economics and Mathematics from Stephens College.
