Eric Strom
Eric comes to bswift with over 25 years of experience in the benefit administration industry, with the last 11 years leading various service center operations and solution groups. Most recently, he held the title of Customer Care Solutions Leader where he led a team responsible for developing and deploying innovative, omnichannel customer service and support solutions to meet evolving client and customer needs. Prior to that role, Eric was the Health Customer Care Leader and led service center operations and solutions across all health-related lines of business, including core benefits administration, flexible spending, advocacy, and leave management. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida.
